This spice blend combines sweet French lavender with other flavorful Mediterranean herbs, rosemary, thyme, savory, fennel, basil, an, marjoram. It is amazing on a full range of Mediterranean inspired dishes, such as those where olive oil and garlic play a prominent role (rustic breads, seafood, soups, poultry and hearty meat stews, etc.). Also great added to homemade croutons or infused in extra virgin olive oil for salads.
