Bay Leaves

Bay Leaves are a staple in European and North American cooking, adding a subtle and aromatic flavor to soups, stews, meats, seafood, and vegetables. Avoid confusion with California bay leaves, which have a stronger menthol flavor. In Indian cuisine, bay leaves are commonly used in biryani and salads. Please note, these leaves are not recommended for stringing projects due to their brittle nature.
