Thank you for shopping with Thee Olde Apothecary. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Thee Olde Apothecary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Thee Olde Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

At our discretion, we may replace damaged items.


Partner Program Shipments

Partner Kit and quarterly shipments are processed within three (3) business days of confirmed payment or scheduled billing date.

Due to the nature of partnership inventory orders, all Partner Program shipments are final sale and cannot be returned.
