Welcome to Thee Olde Apothecary. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or enrolling in our Partner Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
1. Use of Website
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products & Services
Thee Olde Apothecary offers teas, herbs, spices, essential oils, accessories, gift sets, and retail partnership programs.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free, complete, or current.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout or approved through an authorized third-party financing provider.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Orders begin processing immediately upon purchase. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation. At our discretion, we may replace damaged or incorrect items.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination. Thee Olde Apothecary is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
6. Partner Program Terms
Participation in Thee Olde Apothecary Partner Program requires purchase of the designated Partner Kit and agreement to applicable terms.
Partner purchases are final sale.
Quarterly partner shipments operate on a recurring billing schedule. Written cancellation must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. Once processed, quarterly shipments cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Brand usage rights, marketing materials, and resale terms are governed by the Partner Agreement provided upon enrollment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, product descriptions, QR-linked content, images, marketing materials, and digital assets, are the property of Thee Olde Apothecary and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Partners may only use branding and content in accordance with their signed agreement.
8. Health Disclaimer
The information provided on this website, including product descriptions and educational content linked via QR codes, is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
