Payment Options
We offer the option to pay in full at checkout or utilize available third-party financing providers. All financing approvals, payment schedules, and terms are determined solely by the financing provider.
Full payment or confirmed financing approval is required before any order is processed or shipped.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Orders begin processing immediately upon purchase. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified, reversed, or canceled for any reason.
Quarterly Partner Shipments (Auto-Ship Program)
Partners enrolled in recurring quarterly shipments agree to automatic billing according to the terms of their agreement.
• Quarterly shipments may only be canceled with written notice at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date.
• If billing has already occurred, the upcoming shipment will be fulfilled and cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
• Once a quarterly shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. At our discretion, we may replace damaged or incorrect items.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
