Ingredients:
100% dried chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) buds

Preparation Techniques:
To prepare as a tea, steep 1 teaspoon of dried chrysanthemum buds in 8 ounces of hot water (just below boiling) for 5–7 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired. This infusion can be enjoyed hot or chilled. For a stronger medicinal decoction, simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Chrysanthemum tea is traditionally used to support eye health, reduce internal heat, ease headaches, and calm the nerves.
