Rose Hips – 1 oz.

Ingredients:
Dried rose hips (Rosa canina).

Preparation:

  • Use 1–2 tsp per 8 oz. of hot water

  • Steep 5–10 minutes for a rich infusion

  • Strain before serving

  • Can also be simmered to create syrups or added to jams
