• Pineapple pieces

• White peony (Bai Mu Dan)

Preparation:
Use 1 teaspoon per 8–10 oz of hot (not boiling) water, ideally around 175°F (80°C). Steep for 3–4 minutes, covered. For a visual twist, add a splash of lemon or lime juice to see the butterfly pea flower change from deep blue to purple-pink.
