Ingredients:
100% dried Butterfly Pea Flowers (Clitoria ternatea).
Preparation:
To brew, steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried butterfly pea flowers in hot (not boiling) water for 5–7 minutes. Watch as the water transforms into a brilliant blue hue. Add lemon juice to change the color to purple—perfect for magical teas or color-changing cocktails. Enjoy hot or iced.
