Add a squeeze of lemon and watch it shift to purple — a favorite for color-changing teas, lemonades and cocktails. Mild, earthy flavor. Enjoy hot or iced.
Ingredients
100% dried butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea).
How to Prepare
- Steep 1–2 teaspoons in hot (not boiling) water for 5–7 minutes.
- Add lemon juice to change the color from blue to purple.
- Serve hot or over ice.
