Rooibos is low in tannins, so it stays mellow however long it steeps. Enjoy it hot with a touch of honey, or chilled over ice. A family-friendly pick for evenings.

Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis).

How to Prepare

  • Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup.
  • Steep in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes.
  • Enjoy plain or with lemon, honey or milk.
