100% fermented and aged Pu-erh tea (Camellia sinensis)

Preparation Techniques:

• Rinse 1 tea cake with hot water for 5 seconds and discard the rinse (optional but traditional).

• Steep in 8 oz. of hot water (200–212°F) for 2–4 minutes. Re-steep multiple times—flavor deepens with each brew.

• Enjoy plain or with a splash of milk for a bold, earthy latte-style tea.
